Recruitment Account Manager - Sales Recruiter

you are our face to customers and candidates when it comes to commercial recruitment!

This is your future role

You core task is to fill assigned openings, whether they are self-acquired in Vacancy Management (VM) or Direct to Headcount (DtH), or assigned.

We expect you taking over the ownership for developing and realizing business opportunities in VM and DtH with assigned or self-defined prospects. This includes relationship and network building to relevant internal and external stakeholders, creating offers and negotiating on conditions within the defined guidelines, ensuring iVH Selling Solutions’ recognition in case of upcoming service opportunities.

At the same level of importance, you will develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates for commercial opportunities in the assigned geography/ area of responsibility.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 




Job Requirements

  • Keen to demonstrate your professionalism as recruiter and talent advisor

  • Happy to use technology where appropriate

  • Experienced in business development  and/ or customer care

  • Ideally with a certain experience in the Health Care sector

  • Happy to travel - sometimes also abroad

  • Hungry for success

  • A team player who understands that success is created and celebrated together

  • Determined to explore new paths and to share best practice
