The primary purpose of this role is to support the medical team on the day-to-day running of the client projects. This will include writing and proof reading of medical content in the areas of Advertising and PR communication, as well as working closely with the account, creative and digital departments which will enable us to provide you with a solid grounding in servicing our clients’ needs.
Client Services Dedication
•Build thorough knowledge of the necessary processes for the proper execution of medical jobs according to client needs
•Begin to build understanding of client/agency relationships & service
•Learn client´s internal regulatory review processes for medical communication measures
•Build knowledge of approval processes and legal requirements
•Begin to build understanding of the clients promotional plans and various medical communication measures (e-detailings, booklets, brochures, websites, etc.)
Product/Task Leadership and Accountability
•Build a reputation for effective and reliable delivery of high-quality medical projects
•Build thorough knowledge of expectations, processes and timelines involved in effective, high-quality project execution
•Keep track of deadlines

•At least 2 years of medical writing experience
•Language skills: Fluent in English and very skills in German
•Strong written communication skills
•Proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
•A good understanding of processes and timelines
•Strong time management skills
•Attention to detail and good proofreading skills
•Proactivity – the ability to anticipate client requirements
