Key Account Manager (KAM)

The Key Account Manager is accountable for achieving agreed commercial objectives and sales targets through integrated account plans. Their role is to focus on the broader commercial strategy and develop patient-centric solutions based on patients’ and healthcare professionals’ perspectives. The KAM will be required to understand the national market access landscape and evolving payer market and engage with customers using health economic tools and approaches. They will also be responsible for key opinion leader and decision maker mapping and working with the EU regional office in developing a local healthcare market access strategy. Their role is to develop and deliver an agreed annual key account strategic business plan and ensure effective co-ordination of resources and activities to deliver the key account plans. The position will report to the European Head of Commercial.
