The primary purpose of this role is to become the main day-to-day contact for the client, working with the team both internally and externally to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Alongside this, you will be expected to take primary ownership of your accounts and the management of high-quality outputs



  • Manage/delegate tactical & administrative processes 
  • Continue to foster client relationships at the senior level to secure agency business & ensure client satisfaction. 
  • Take the lead on strategic, creative & digital planning; oversee the team on executions 
  • Know the client’s business as well as they do 
  • Take a proactive approach to seek new opportunities with allocated clients 
  • Take a key role in new business pitches 
  • Supervise client-related financial & business operations for the team 
  • Apply sound business insight & judgment in the best interests of the agency & our clients 
  • Ensure financial management & budget compliance, anticipate & report on issues 
  • Assume responsibility for the team’s delivery of quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations 
  • Be seen by your clients as the ‘go to’ person for strategic planning 
  • Set the example for professionalism & work ethic on the account team 
  • Ensure client service key behaviors, responsibilities, and best practices are applied throughout teams 
  • Manage direct reports effectively by providing constructive and actionable feedback 

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual – German & English speaking 
  •  Agency experience 
  • The ability to coordinate multiregional client teams – globally and locally 
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel                    
  • Strong written communications skills                                            
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively 
  • Solution-focused – suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriate 
  • Proactivity – the ability to anticipate client requirements 
  • Attention to detail and good proofreading skills 
  • The ability to develop and effectively communicate project timelines. 
  • Strong financial acumen 
  • An understanding of the digital landscape and how to run digital projects
