In this role, you will work within the Advertising account management team to support Account Managers and Account Directors in running allocated accounts. This will include timing plans, estimates, budget control and assisting the trafficking of work through the creative services department, which will enable us to provide you with a solid grounding in servicing our clients’ needs. We are looking for individuals to join our award-winning advertising team, which brings together innovation and leading creativity. You will:

  • Build a thorough knowledge of administrative and tactical processes, e.g. timing plans, trafficking jobs within the studio, etc.
  • Build an understanding of client / agency relationships and service
  • Learn the client’s internal regulatory review process
  • Deliver consistent quality, with proactive, effective and efficient results that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Understanding how/when to identify and flag issues

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree educated
  • A sound understanding of the role of advertising within the marketing mix
  • Account handling experience within healthcare advertising, with some previous experience on digital projects
  • Familiarity with the ABPI code of Practice and ability to ensure adherence to it
  • Excellent written communication skills and an ability to adapt to appropriate style as required 

Desired Requirements: 

  • Understanding of digital landscape and ability to quickly acquire digital knowledge
  • Ability to develop and effectively communicate project timelines.
  • Attention to detail and good proof reading skills
