As part of the Virtual Sales approach, the eRep will develop and maintain relationships with. Syneos Health customers and actively promote client's portfolios and programs.  

Responsibilities  

  • Implements and executes, in a compliant manner, marketing and sales direction to achieve territory promotional objectives
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with targeted groups
  • Communicates effectively with peers and management
  • Completes all administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Maintenance of customer information via Syneos Health’s CRM system
  • Develops comprehensive and accurate sales presentations using all marketing and selling materials
  • Contacts and delivers proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers

Essential Requirements  

  • Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., medicine, natural sciences, pharmacy, etc.) or training as an accredited pharmaceutical representative
  • B2B/pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Remote or Hybrid Sales experience
  • Good networking
  • Ability to establish long-term customer relationships
  • Experience in digital sales, telesales, multi-channel approach, as well as the independent use of various communication channels
  • Experience in the daily use of MS Office, as well as knowledge in the use of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Veeva
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member; advanced business acumen skills
  • Ability to multi-task between numerous websites and applications
  • Fluent German and good English skills
