Senior Artworker

We are looking for individuals to join our award-winning advertising and PR team, which brings together innovation and leading creativity.

Syneos Health is an integrated healthcare communications agency that provides a full-range of creative communications services. The primary purpose of this role is to be the team go-to person for high quality artworks and layout implementations 

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for the quality of artworks delivered by the creative department
• Assume responsibility for building positive relationships with the account, medical and digital teams and production partner
• Establish workflows and processes supporting the efficient delivery of high quality
• Support the team with art-related consultancy (format and finishing options, technology, timings, budget needs, production processes)
• Maintain positive and supportive relationships with internal and external resources
• Ensure that all artwork is delivered according to brand and corporate identity guidelines. 

Requirements

•  Knowledge of different printing techniques and understanding of limitations of same 
• Experience of legal Pharmaceutical requirements 
•  Good writing and communication skills 
•  Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organisation/time management and problem solving skills 
• Familiarity and comfort working with cross functional teams and ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization 
•  Ability to own projects, act quickly and influence across all levels of an organization 
• Solution focused – suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriate
• Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
• Fluency in German and English
