Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to be the main day-to-day contact for the client, working with the team both internally and externally to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Alongside this, you will lead by example, developing a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Strategic oversight of client service operations across the organisation
• Integration of client services with agency-wide strategic objectives
• Leadership in operational strategy, innovation, and client relationship practices
• Able to inspire, motivate and transfer passion for client partnerships amongst teams
• Able to balance the asks of the client with what is right and the needs of the agency
• Has open, honest and frequent dialogue with senior clients ensuring client and agency needs is continually being met
• An ambassador for the agency, spearheading client excellence strategy, inspiring and supporting teams
• Collaborating with clients to create mutually beneficial partnerships that extend beyond short-term transactions 
• Accountable for the profitability of the accounts 
• Contributes and influences agency strategy
• Proactively looks for business growth and opportunities
• Champions innovation and the development of new approaches 

Requirements

• Degree Educated
• Agency experience
• The ability to coordinate multi-regional client teams – globally and locally
• Strong written communications skills - both German and English
• Proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• An understanding of the digital landscape and how to run digital projects
• Strong Financial acumen
• The ability to develop and effectively communicate project timelines.
• Attention to detail and good proofreading skills
• Proactivity – the ability to anticipate client requirements
• Solution focused – suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriate
• Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
