Art Director

Description

You know what needs to be done and your penchant for delivering results to meet goals makes it happen.

As an Art Director, you will take creative ownership over your assigned brands, by creating and executing concepts and designs for all media and channels – in conjunction with a copywriter. Push brands out of their comfort zones, by creating innovative ideas, while adhering to CI guidelines and develop executions that demonstrate mastery of your craft.

Responsibilities

• Brand ownership: take responsibility for the visual direction of your brands and develop them further
• Conceptual skills: Both working alone and with a partner or group
• Visual skills: understanding photography, typography, graphic art, illustration, film and animation
• Adaptation skills: taking an existing idea and adapting or expanding it to meet the local requirements of various targets, media and communication objectives

Essential Requirements

• Experience in advertising
• If no experience in pharma, you must be able to show experience with other products where the explanation of technical aspects is vital
• Portfolio of work must contain great ideas and executions across various media
• Fluent in German and English
