Client Delivery Coordinator

Description

The Client Delivery Coordinator plays a supporting role in the successful execution of healthcare communication projects. Works under the guidance of (Senior) Client Delivery Managers helping to keep projects on track, maintain documentation, and support project coordination. This entry-level role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Assist in setting up projects in WRIKE, Oracle, SharePoint and other relevant platforms
• Track deliverables, timelines, and progress of tasks and projects
• Help route materials through internal reviews
• Support capacity planning
  
  

Resourcing & Budget

• Contribute to creating project estimates, timelines and planning documents
• Support budget tracking and reporting
  

Collaboration

• Prepare internal meetings, from kick-offs to retrospectives
• Share project updates, meeting notes, and documentation with internal teams
• Ensure WRIKE and other tools reflect accurate task & project status
  

Process & Documentation

• Maintain project trackers, file structures, and version control
• Help capture learnings and wrap-up activities post-project

Requirements

• Bachelor or similar degree in relevant area
• Experience in an agency or project coordination role
• Familiarity with project workflows and project types
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive team player
• Basic proficiency in project tools (e.g., WRIKE, SharePoint, Excel)
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
