Overview

The Syneos Health Business Operations Administrator will be working as part of the Deployment Solutions Operations Team and oversee day to day administration to support deployed team projects and broader commercial business within the department.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Operations Director with any finance-related topics such as supplier invoices, expenses, or credit notes
• Liaise with other Deployment Solutions departments such as Recruitment, HR, Legal and Finance to follow up on outstanding queries
• Set up internal team meetings and external client meetings as requested
• Take minutes for meetings and circulate actions post-meeting
• Liaise internally and externally with the project set up requirements including Recruitment and HRSS for hires and contracts, Operations for onboarding including all IT and mobile equipment, fleet for cars, and finance for business expenses credit cards
• Liaise with deployed Sales and Nurse teams on any queries coming into the Operations team
• Support any training requirements for the deployed teams such as scheduling, checking attendance and following up outstanding training pf SOPs
• Accurate Input of data into databases as required
• Support any administration requirements for local business development, including research, insights, data input, reports and general tasks
• Identify any areas for improvement within the administration or general business operations team

Job Requirements

• Business Admin degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a business administration role within a matrix and international organisation is preferable
• Proficient knowledge and working experience of Microsoft Package including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
• Proficient in data entry into CRM’s
• Fluent in English
